Solely shoes seems to be lacking basic customer service skills. Here are parts of an email I received from them:

Your obviously lacking some kind of intelligence, yes you placed your order ... you are liable to great exaggeration,... your information we have been in business
for over 20 years we are very busy and we do not need impatient abusive customers wasting our time. Please ensure that you never purchase from our company again and feel free to tell all your like minded friends.

Sincerely
Mark Astbury
Business Owner

Makes you wonder in the modern era, why a business would act like this when there is so much competition. Having ordered many pairs of shoes before from pediwear, herring, and the like and getting excellent customer response.

Yes, there were at least four or five major grammatical or spelling errors in the email. Also, they have a "great" clearance item policy - no return of any kind!

I guess you better like your item since it isn't going back for a refund!
