  • Epaulet x Styleforum Alpine Loden Collection

Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

I have a couple more pairs of SALT Optics frames for sale, this time in my favourite style. I personally wear these frames and have now purchased them in all of the available 4 colours. Simply take them to your optician or send them to an online glazing company to have prescription lenses made and fitted. Alternatively they can also be made in to (prescription or otherwise) sunglasses. The frames are new, apart from being tried on and are fitted with plain demo lenses. They also come complete with the original hard case and micro-fibre cleaning cloth. SALT Optics are an independent USA-based company, with products manufactured by hand in Japan. They're not available in the UK and are extremely hard to find anywhere in Europe. They typically sell for $315-$400 in the USA. If you're used to mass-produced 'designer' acetate frames, these Japanese-made products will be a very pleasant surprise, utilising greater quality materials, hinges and workmanship. Items ship from London, UK and would arrive in the UK the day after dispatch. Shipping elsewhere would take around 7 working days. All packages are sent using an insured method that requires a signature upon delivery. Payment by PayPal please. Extensive references available upon request, as well as all contact details. ================================================================================ ================================================================================ Manufacturer: SALT Optics Model: Alec Colour: CHMAR (Chocolate Marble laminated) Frame material: Acetate Lens width: 55mm Bridge width: 16mm Temple length: 134mm Made in Japan SOLD ($180)
