For those interested in the GMTO, here are a few comparisons of the Jamaica Kudu (EB Wholecut) and Vintage Peabody (GG Thorpe), just in case you want to see how they stack up

Hello guys, I have updated the GMTO so that it's the 74945 last and a Dainite sole. It's a sensible choice in both cases. I might jump into this one myself actually.

We will offer free lasted shoe trees for the first 4 participants.

Any plans for another L&T makeup with this leather?

@Leaves, this is way early but I'm making plans for Spring. Any plans to bring back the L&T Bree in all suede? Looking for brown or choko.

I ordered my first L&T boots today, the Kingsleys. I've liked those boots since I saw them the first time, but I felt I have too many similar country boots already. Now just my desire to get them overpowered my sensibilty. ;)

You won't be sorry. I own several Galway clones (Carlos Santos, Cavour, Cheaney, Sons of Henrey, L&T) and I must say that the L&T Kingsley nails it on all aspects.

what can you tell me about the green jacket? It looks great!

it's a old RLBL runway piece, though I would think you can find something similar from say private white twin track (but it would be wax cotton which I don't like but you might) or Chrysalis (https://www.chrysalisengland.co.uk/shop) or quite a few other places for that matter (everyone tweak this M65/field jacket/field coat ish stuff 1,000 times over)

I think the closest old stock RLBL you can find is probably RLBL escape jacket, but that would be more city chic (no shearling, no belt, and always in dark color to fit the old RLBL aesthetics)

My Löf & Tung’s, last week. Love the jodhpurs on the T last. The Bridgers on the S last have been a rough break in. Combination of the leather, my high instep, and the length of the last has caused the vamp to crease into the top of my left foot. Not sure if it’ll work itself out with more wear. They’re beautiful, I hope so.
