@Skoaktiebolaget

Is that EB Chelsea in brown museum, 804 last?

I'm floored at how pretty the museum calf is.

Loving my bal boot! Thanks for the pics and can't wait to put them on!

The Chelsea boot in Museum calf was on the 804 last, yes. That pair turned out really well as well as the other Chelsea boots on the 2553 model (no stitching near the elastic sides).

G&G is capable of better finishing than StC but this is for only Deco and the extra antiquing work at the SR store. For the mainline which is around similar pricing as the StC they are about similar or slightly inferior.

Very subjective.

For me personally, I see it as aesthetically pleasing with good flow of coloring (not overly darkened and spotty on certain areas), nice shine on the toe areas, how long he leather holds the original state before needing to polish, "checking" or cracks from polish buildup as well as minimal creasing on the side and hind quarters where cost cutting in hides are most often placed.

I haven't seen loose grain on any G&G vamps and quarters from my memory, but plenty from Saint Crispins.

Full of winners! Two things struck me: 1) the brown museum calf in this batch looks amazing, and 2) if the second last pair is in Plum museum calf it has gotten me really excited about my MTO. Are these all that you got in this time around, @Leaves
? If so, when can we expect the next delivery? Enjoy your stay in Switzerland!

That PTB in brown museum is stunning

You guys are so right. I am seriously considering another pair in brown museum calf despite having one already.

The brown museum calf seems to be well executed. It definitely reminds me of Lobb-Hermes circa 2005.
