Another blast from the past, same model done 2 ways. I was not a big chukka fan before, my only pair previously being Clarks dessert boots. When the GMTO was made for these in tarnsjo my jaw dropped. The oak tarnsjo has such a beautiful depth to it and the makeup of these were so much more refined to what I was used to. The tarnsjo worked so well ifigured I need a suede version as well.

One small detail that I love about this model is the small double line stitch that's below the eyelids.

What colors are available in the bison nubuck? I think that shoe in gray would look great.

Unfortunately I only have this picture to go by. All the colours can be made in one of the three versions: Nubuck (shown earlier), Lux (= glossy) or Nature (=mat).

Those Chukka boots look stunning. Not sure if the last will fit me as I have wide feet and the Lof&Tung S last is too narrow for me. The Alden Van last in D width fits perfectly in size US11.

The black ostrich button boots look marvelous, but I currently have 4 pair of button boots and never wear them. Too much trouble buttoning and unbuttoning them. Takes me like 1/2 hour to get them on.

What do you wear with them? I've been considering going for a pair to go with jeans, but it feels like that's just straight up too dressy.

If you just want the look of buttons, you can do a non-functional button with side zipper, such as below model from Mehra, I am sure Skoaktiebolaget can do the same.

Honestly they look just shoes with long pabnts. The only time you can see the buttons is when sitting. I wear them with suits, dress pants, khakis...

E-mail about the waived MTO fee of Löf & Tung:

I kinda wanna make a York, but then again - it's hard for me to see the need for one when I'm on my way finalising my next Enzo MTO. Speaking of MTO:s from Enzo... My old spectator boot. It's beautiful.
