Sizing on Jack Purcells

Do they run big/small like Nikes and their ilk? My size in your average dress shoe (think Alden or Allen-Edmonds) is a 9.5.

I wear the same size I do with my other shoes.

True to size. Tried going down half a size but they were too snug to wear comfortably for extended periods of time.

i have to size up a half size for purcells to size 10 (i wear 9.5 in alden, 10 in nike SBs, 9.5 in vans, 9.5 in clarks)

My Purcells are true to size. I wear 11 in purcells, 10.5 in converses, 10.5 in most dress shoes.

I should clarify I guess - I wear 11 in almost all athletic shoes, 10.5 in most dress shoes except the occasional very snug 9.5E UK that's more like a 10.25 US, and 10.5 in Purcells. Generally, All Stars are sized about 1 size small from regular athletic shoe sizing.

I wear a 10.5 in jacks and most other shoes, so I'd say they are true to size.

I have a hard time finding purcells in the store but I ordered some online and found that they run a half size smaller than the chucks, so I had to pawn them off.
