I don't see the problem. If you're talking about the 'warping' around the ankle, it's because they're ankle boots and that middle part ends up bending every time you step. I think that's just normal for that type of shoe, nothing to do with your trees. unless you're talking about the heel of the tree stretching out the back side of the shoe to it's bulging out? if that's the case then the shoe trees are too big. How much pressure is there / how hard is it to get the trees in and out of the shoes?
