Sorry for the noob question in advance.

I went by some stores and saw button shirts with
the sleeves folded and a tab with a button that holds the fold.

I know this has been around, but it's the
first time I've seen it in my hole of the world.

Can anyone tell me what the exact term for this kinda shirt is?

I'd like to look for them. It looks a lot like this.

Roll up sleeve, Military roll up, convertible sleeve, Brecker

and it looks dumb on a short sleeve shirt. Very mid 90s BC Ethic, Guy Fieri.

EDIT: OH God Jesus **** what happened to BC Ethic? I wasn't big on the whole contrived rocker/half hearted rockabilly look but WOW they have NO identity anymore. It looks like a Buckle store threw up.
