Shell Cordovan Check. Please View and Opine

I sold a pair of Florsheim Longwings on eBay. I sold them as shell cordovan, and the buyer is claiming that they are corrected grain. Please take a look at these pics and opine as to the leather.

Unquestionably shell. Just look at how they crease, it's a dead giveaway.

The crease is not that obvious. Very hard to tell. I have a pair of AE corrected grain and they look very similar..

Shell without a doubt. I have the same shoe and as stated above, look at the rippling around the eyelets.

Unless I am mistaken corrected grain wrinkles--usually worse than calf so since these have seen some use (judging by the soles) and they are not showing any signs of wrinkles I would have to say they are shell.

I think you know they are shell yourself so I am wondering why this thread is here. Is the buyer from the forum and is reading the thread or has he agreed to abide by the general consensus of forum participants?
