Betelgeuse has it down, imo. I try to keep it simple (and cheap) and things usually work out. Excuse the pun.

Every late spring or so when school leaves me alone for a few months I restart my routine again. Hit the weights, sleep well, eat like a horse (somewhere between watching what I eat closely and being open to most things except the dirtiest of fast food on a regular basis), and take my protein. On gym days I go for two scoops within 30-45 minutes after workout and on off days I have a scoop or two with my breakfast. If you're feeling like you must, creatine has been around for what seems like ages and MY understanding is that if taken as directed it's fine. In my experience, it has helped me with gains and to reach my max weight but not a whole lot. Probably worth the $12-$15 I pay for the cheap-o version but not much more. OP all that you listed just seems a little risky and most importantly expensive, no?

For reference, I'm 6'0" and my "resting" weight is around 190. During full blown workout season I hover at 201, 202 or so.

^^Exactly.

I'm 6'1" and right now I'm at 197 lb. I went on a "light" bulk, cause I can't grow a lot because then I would not fit in my suits. Right now I'm starting to cut, but I will do like a "light cut". What I mean is that I don't want to look shredded right now, I want to keep some gains, but my caloric intake is not as high to gain a lot of muscle very fast but not so slow that I have a bid deficit and loose some muscle. Kinda hard to explain... I don't care if I gain half pound of muscle per month, but keep the conditions year round.

Never noticed any increase in concentration from modafinil or any of its isomers. Just the inability to sleep.
