What? Leggings aren't classic? What if you call them tights?

Yeah, I also noticed the models (not just this one) look like someone pointed a gun to their head and made them wear these costumes.

Say what you will about Thom Browne - the clothes, worn a size above what Mr. Browne himsleve wears, fit remarkably well, at least on my frame. Sized up, they are very well proportioned (although I suspect that the jacket skirt would be too short for may of the more conservative members here,) and slimming on a guy like me - i.e. someone who is slim, but reasonably fit and not Dior model skinny (I love my pies too much for that - and I don't live in LA anymore. Boston weather allows you to cover up a multitude of sins.)

I looked at his collection and I think alot of the stuff looks good - as separates, of course. He is like a brooks brothers meets John Galliano, which I suppose can be interesting. But could get old if he's not careful. I think that's what The Sartorialist is saying. And I agree.

And at his prices, I may as well go bespoke or MTM.

I knew there'd be a smart aleck answer. I should have been even more obvious in my post. What I am interested in, is what everyone's thoughts on him are. Walking into a TB conversation at SF is like walking into an office the morning after a wild company party that you didn't attend. One where everyone is talking trash about one of the officers or something. I don't want to google "Thom Browne." I want to google "Why does everyone hate Thom Browne"

Hell. With TaT around nowadays I see no reason to pay TB's exhorbitant prices for things that look worse.

So basically he's saying the same things now that he got upset about when they were said here
I said some things and I stand by them. The high water pants are silly if one has any style at all.
