In case anyone's interested, there's a small trove of RLPL merchandise at the Syms on Park Avenue.  I saw trousers ($80-100), casual shirts ($80), pocket squares ($10), and ties ($30).  I didn't see any sport coats or suits.

I picked up three pocket squares and a woven black/silver tie.  The tie and one of the squares were the last of their kind (assuming there weren't any more in the back).  Unfortunately, I was just a bit too slow and missed out on a lovely satin tie that was grabbed by English tourist.

I was at the King of Prussia Syms store on Saturday. They had a whole display of RLPL casual shirts, still in their original purple boxes, for $79 each.  But I passed on all of them, as they were all REALLY LOUD stripes or solids.

They still had a healthy selection of trousers and casual shirts at nice prices ($99 for pants, $75 for shirts). Only saw two types of ties: a sort of zig-zag stripe set on a cream background (black, bright blue and pink varieties were available) and a Kelly green dotted tie for $30.

Sorry aybojs, didn't see any pocket squares, but there may have been some I didn't see.

BTW, it was my first time in a Syms, and damn, is that store a little depressing. It's dark with only fluorescent and the merchandise is crammed onto the racks. Mostly crap merchandise too, though a surprising amount of Gianni Versace Couture.

Went there today. There's a boat load of slacks priced at $79 to $99, all cotton or linen ($265+ retail). The ties left are simply gross. Didn't come across the pocket squares. There are a few dozen RLPL polo shirts mixed in with all of the other polo shirts. There's sizes S,L, XL, and XXL. Very attractive shirts (yellow, blue, black, white, nice looking stripes), priced at $59. No custom fits although, only the full cut ones. They say the retail was $110, I believe it's about $145.

RLPL prices are um, deceiving. Prices tend to change from one year to another, sometimes dramatically upwards, some times downwards (do not ask me why, I have no clue, economically it makes no sense to me {I must mention that I assume the quality stays the same form one price increase / decrease to another}).

Lately prices seemed to have jumped, but quality remains the same, thus the previously lower priced items are the same quality (and oftentimes the same cut as well). RLPL seems for the most part to be steady in their quality and sizing.

I've often wondered why RLPL like that doesn't go to the RL outlets. Are these items that were already in the pipeline thus no longer under RL control?

I've seen RLPL in outlets. Picked up a Lorezini made FC dress shirt for $40. I've also seen polo shirt and some slacks. The higher end blue and purple labeled suits don't seem to make it there though.

That place is pretty depressing in terms of atmosphere and merchandising. I couldn't get out fast enough after I checked out those RLPL. May be it's the sight of Oleg Cassini size 24 shirt that freaked me out.
