Preparation H cream will reduce your puffy rings under your eyes and will save you a lot of $$ compared to the high end creams.
It works been using this for years.

^ Just don't double dip that finger tip if you're also using it for its original purpose!

Agree with the recommendation for preparation H. Anti-inflammatory steroid creams work a treat.
