Ring Jacket Japan size EU 46 quarter lined tropical weight

SOLD Up for auction is a rare Ring Jacket in a summer weight 90% wool 10% mohair. The jacket is partially constructed with a completely unlined back, lined shoulders and sleeves, and a partially canvased chest ( floating). The weave isnt like anything I've seen I jackets, it is an open weave which is perfectly suited to the coming summer. I've included a shot of the fabric held up to the sunlight to give you an idea of just how light weight this fabric is. The Jacket features high armholes, a slim fit, functional buttonholes with kissing almost overlapping buttons. Marked EU 46, this jacket is a 36 or slim 38/38S.

any material to let out the sleeves?

which pick would be truest to actual color? is this a lighter blue or a darker blue?

There is some extra material folded back over and under the cuffs, about 4" total. There doesn't seem to e any material in the shoulders to let those out.

The jacket is a dark navy blue but it seems to lighten up a good bit in direct sun without a sheen.
