Recommendations for slim fit unstructured fully canvasses blue blazet

Need a perfect versatile blue blazer and willing to spend up to $800 or so. I have square shoulders so I need it to have very light padding or completely unstructured. Don't want a boxy classic fit. Prefer a very slim fit. Needs to be fully canvassed.

What are my options? Are there any options I can find in NYC or am I basically looking at something trickier like Sartoria Partenopea?

I'm very pleased with my suit supply Jort blue jacket, should come in around your price point. Not sure if totally unstructured but very relaxed/soft looking and fairly slim off the rack. Would be easy to make it more so.

You can look at Paul Stuart’s Phineas Cole line, but as others have said; $800 wont get you much given your criteria.
