I am looking for a high-back, preferably leather (corrected-grain is ok

) home office chair with good armrests and the ability to tilt the backrest pretty far back.

A colleague uses a ball and swears by it. He's in a high level position in a very nicely decorated office, so the ball looks a bit odd, but it works for him.

Okay if you wanna more comfy and stylish reliable chairs so i will only recommend to buy AMALFI, QUINTO, RIALTO designed chairs . Actually guy these chairs are reproduction of CHARLES EAMES, so i think we should not worry about quality and reliable.

I bought a pair of used, but in excellent condition, Steelcase office chairs at a used office furniture store in Dallas several years ago for $150 each. Excellent back support and very sturdy. I have been quite pleased with them.
