I was in a boutique shop today, and I came across a really nice suit by Ravazzolo. I had never heard of them before today, so I did some research on SF. It looks like the suits have gotten some pretty positive reviews. The shop is having a 50% off sale, and the suit retails for $2400. I was wondering if anyone has any opinions on whether or not a brand new Ravazzolo suit is worth the $1200 price tag. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It sounds like a great deal to me. If you like the cut and it fits nicely I'd say go for it.

I wouldn't buy that for $1200... just because of what else you could get for $1200. As for the suit, Ravazzolo is nice, but they are sometimes even discounted to $200 (I sold one and gave another to my dad of some that I found).

Any idea what else I should look for? I've read that Ravazzolo is similar to Brioni, but less expensive. Also, I would be curious to find out where to look for better discounts for these suits. Would you might shedding some more light on tis for me?
