I don't have any wvg products, but I kind of agree with slack that mauro treats his customers like a dick (judging from the thread) and relies way too much on exclusivity/selling up to build "hype" for products that you can't even buy most of the time without a "tote." what a joke. and his ad hominem attack on slack's hair was also a joke. mauro should peep the epaulet and toj threads.

I've bought a shitload from Mike, a couple of jackets from Drew (although TOJ is different enough that I don't think it makes sense comparing it with EP or WvG), and a couple of items from Mauro. I can honestly say that there wasn't much of a discrepancy in terms of one-on-one customer service; all 3 of the vendors were great. I just think Epaulet's overall setup is awesomely tight for a small batch company...it kind of sets a lofty bar for guys like WvG who, I gather, also don't have a physical store at this point.
