Question about armani classico and black label

The quality is at least as good as Vestimenta's -- but a different style. The Armani is more, well, Armani-like. Vestimenta's own styling reminds me a lot of Canali. Armani garments also have different detailing -- i.e. stacked sleeve buttons.
As for comparability to Isaia, etc., we're talking about fundamentally different types of garment. For example, you're never going to see certain Armani fabrics in an Isaia or Kiton garment, and vice-versa.
