There is a pair of shoes I have been looking for, the Puma RepliCat Low (#30022004) but apparently Puma did not bring any half-size to the U.S. While I surfing the web I found a Japanese website that carries the exact shoe I am looking for in half-sizes. Does anyone have any experience ordering items for Japan? If so, any advice that would be helpful in proceeding with an easy, stress-free purchasing experience would be greatly appreciated.

You're best off finding someone in Japan to place the order for you. I just clicked through to the site and their web system is not set up to handle an international order. Many sites in Japan don't do international orders (even if they understand English) because they don't want to deal with the hassle of dealing with customs and international post. Much easier to find someone to do a domestic order over there, then ship to you.
