Both are fully leather-lined brown suede chukkas with Dainite soles. All the photos of the second pair (other than the first photo) are actually photos of the first pair. Note that the second pair has 2 lace holes while the first pair has 3.
First pair is C&J, second is Alfred Sargent.
Last is probably a bit sleeker on the first pair (C&J).
I believe the C&J is storm-welted while the AS is not.

They've had the AS for years and the C&J seems to be new this season, probably a replacement for the AS but they are still phasing out the AS.
