Here is a brand new with tags Rugby silk/linen blend herringbone sportcoat in size 38R from the current season and has not been worn. Features working cuffs and a center vent.

The jacket retails for $398 and is still available in stores and on their website right now.

Measurements:

Shoulder to shoulder seam: 17-1/4"
Length from collar: 31"
Sleeve from shoulder: 26"
Pit to pit: 19"

The Newbury jacket, in a summery blend of silk and linen, captures the dapper aesthetic of a versatile herringbone blazer while offering superior comfort for the debonair man.
Notched lapel, three-button silhouette. Long sleeves with four-button cuffs.
Single welt pocket at the left chest. Flap pockets at the hips.
Center rear vent.
Lined upper body and sleeves, triple interior welt pockets.
Shell: 67% linen, 20% silk, 13% wool. Body lining: 100% cupro. Sleeve lining: 55% acetate, 45% cupro. Dry clean. Imported.

It's 3/2 roll so it really functions the same as a two button.

Great coat. Wish they would make the arms shorter or have non-surgeon's cuffs.
