I have the Number 5 made with Tyvek and Japanese denim detailing and they're ok. They are thin like plimsolls and don't offer much cushion but are pretty comfortable. $90 is a bit steep for them though...

I got 10 US and I'm about that size. Fit pretty good. A little tight but not bad. According to the Zappos customer reviews on the page you linked that particular style mostly was rated "felt true to size".

Sweet. I have these same shoes. They have help up better than I thought they would. I bought mine at Base in Miami for $25.

$25? Wow I think I paid twice that. They are real comfy though. They are very thin and slim and really only look good with slim jeans which is lame because I tend to wear them with more laid back outfits. Did you get the blue or the brown?

Wow, is it just me or 3/4 of PF Flyers product lines are Converse's derivatives?

Yeah I agree. I've never been entirely impressed with the comfort factor of my Chucks. I sold two of them based on this in part. My Purcells are very comfy though.

Well, I think most sneakers looked like chucks back when PF Flyers were first popular. I don't think you can really hold that against them.

I believe New Balance owns the brand now.

Yes, it was the best buy of the late winter season. I got the blue. Do they have the japanese denim in brown? That would be awesome if they did.

They are flat and slim, but I find them to be pretty comfortable. More-so than my vans or my Paul Smith's. I beat the hell out of them too and the teflon (or whatever it is) can take a beating.
