Outside Grilling

I love to cook, I've never had a back yard until last week so I have never been able to Charcoal Grill. Hoping someone could help me out. I'm looking to purchase a charcoal grill and a charcoal chimney. What layman store can I go to for the best quality for the best price, I'm going to leave it outside all the time so I need something that will last. Looking to spend under $75

I have a Weber grill that I love. It's pretty old, but does the job well year after year.

I did some reading online and Weber seems to be the way to go

Weber kettles always work well enough for typical home use.

You could always step it up and get a smoker

Make sure you spring for the big one (in diameter, height is less important), the smaller models have limited capacity, especially when you want to cook with indirect heat. You can shop local at any Home Depot and the like.

If you like to grill, pick up some lump hardwood charcoal while you're at it. Get's a lot hotter than the regular brickettes.

I have a hibachi grill that does the job just fine. Perfect size for my balcony.
