I tried on the French Work Pant in Navy at Glasswing in Seattle today and I can't tell how I feel about it. On one hand I did like the fit and the details but I didn't "love" it. It seems like it'd be a versatile piece but it's not really enabling me to do something interesting that I currently feel like I can't do? I guess maybe they'd be fun to wear as a way to dress down a business casual look or dress up a look I'd usually use denim with? Idk

Anyone else got the French work pants (in any color)? I'd love to see some fit pics with em
Here's a pair in navy. I think they're just a nice, casual pair of pants like fatigues. More interesting than chinos, a little cleaner than denim.

Have some questions about sizing. Does anyone wear the same size in slim fit fatigues as the easy pants? What about the French work pants, same size as the slim fit fatigues?

I've noticed the different colors in the slim fit fatigues have noticeably different sizing. I can wear a size 4 in the green slim fit fatigues but in navy and khaki its way to small in the thighs and I have to wear a size 5. Anyone notice something similar?

From my experience, orSlow fatigue sizing is all over the place. I've had the green and khaki pair and both fit completely different (despite being the same slim model, size and fabric). I had to size up for the slim fit fatigues. Best bet is try them on before buying or shop at a place with a generous return policy.

The easy pants have more of a roomy top block and not as slim as the slim fit fatigues. More of a relaxed taper fit. I would still recommend taking your regular size.

The simple solution is to ask the stores you want to shop at to measure them for you. As orSlow use 40-60s machines to make their garments. Like many other denim companies, there are always slight size variations between seasons, especially in different fabrics in the same cut.

I sized down on my french works pants cause they fit fuller on the legs and have the elastic waist band in the back so it's more forgiving.

A good chunk of this thread is all about fit and size. Jump to page one and read through, if you haven't already

For sale

Slim Fatigues, Slim Army Chinos, White 107 all size 4
All in good condition just wrinkly from storage. I recently got these 3 in the straight cuts, so selling off my slim ones. Belt loops on the back have some indigo on it, probably from the indigo stains in my car from my raw denim days haha. White one isn’t as bright white as it use to be, near the button a little dirty but overall still white. See photos attached.

Asking 135 shipped for one, 250 for two and 375 for three.

Looking to get the New Yorker in 1(S) or 2(M). Can anyone speak to the waist size fully stretched? Thanks.

I am a 30/31 in most jeans & pants and 2 is probably about as far as I would go with New Yorker pants. Yes, there is still a bit more stretch on waist still, but, the rest of the pants would be far too tight.

I find new yorkers sizing can deviate alot from fabric to fabric. E.g. I can do a size 2 in the classic ripstop fabric and flannel but need to size up to 3 for typewriter and stretchy corduroy
