My boots will look something like these in a color something like dark oak.

The antiquing on #2 makes the shoes look unnatural to me. I think they would be better off without that antiquing.

Just to let you know your boot pattern has been made, i will click the pattern out later today and mark out the closing . Also your shoe trees are made.
After the boots are closed the next step will be pulling on by hand.I will try to take a few pictures along the way for you.

They are all made by some guy in the UK. He is making me a pair of boots.

They are all calfskin. They are just not polished yet.
