1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Well, needless to say the tie hangs too low and the short end is longer than that long end...did he get dressed in the dark?

On the blog, the S explains that this is a deliberate affectation that allowed the S to mark him as an Italian.

Those ties must be hugely long to get that effect. Scott, tell Jay Kos that the pigeon toe thing is hot...on models. Female models.

Is this tie really considered too long? I have always made mine a similar length and most the people I deal with through work I think they do too, but I never thought that they looked Italian. This is not how the Italian people dressed in my neighborhood growing up, in fact I don't ever remember seeing too many ties on the street.

All my ties look like that, I tuck the narrow end into my trouser band.
