Only ones I've heard are missy eliott and lil kim, don't like them THAT much (sure they're definitely skilled, but just doesn't do it for me)

Lauryn Hill was the total package - awesome live too (not that common for a good number of rappers)

Personally, I have a soft spot for Paula Perry circa 1996-1998. At the time, she was as good a female rapper as it gets
