The new one looks kinda ridiculous. I like the suggestion that they make the Punisher a "cuck snowflake" better. Make him really into BLM and LGBTQ issues and start having storylines where he goes after corruption in the police. That would make him radioactive to the MAGA militia cosplayers.

Punisher has been everything from an angel of death to a "FRANKenstein monster" over the years. Changes like this usually don't stick. I get that they want to disassociate him with the MAGA militia cosplayers, but am not sure this will do it.

So I haven’t seen the new Spider-Man, but I just thought of something:

If the universes overlapped, and there were at least three of everyone, how would New York be able to house and feed everyone? It seems that people would be falling all over each other, and food and supply chain issues would make life unsustainable. (Thanks, Biden!). Yet in the previews, people are just walking around like, Oh cool, another Peter Parker; the other one was taller…

It only pulls in people from parallel universes that know PP is spiderman. The spidermen, I believe, were pulled in through his friend's dumb luck use of magic.

I read an article stating that it was hinted at in the books...."pillow friends" like Ed and Marc.
I wouldn't have such a hard time with it if the casting was better.
Siuan on the show is nothing like described in the books.
In other words, Siuan on the show is hideously ugly.
