1. This is a sales notification thread not a "where can I buy x on sale" thread.
2. The answer is "nowhere." Vis packs, even the real ugly ones, tend to sell out at retail. You may be able to find one under retail on yahoo auctions or Superfuture's marketplace, but it will likely be used.
