plus you can wear what you want in university/school/college

Do you think my salary is high or low? Well, I work in the public sector in a post office in Norway, but the job is a part-time job beside the upper secondary school.

As to your question, if there's something you want (that you wanted before the sale), get it now, but if you're just looking to fill a few wardrobe holes (i.e. 'I need a pair of pants and a jacket'), I'd wait for further drops, since you'll for sure be able to find something at 70% off.
