Is it a good idea to size down in the sweats to get a slim fit? I'm pretty much a 32 waist but I always find sweats too baggy. Thinking about ordering a small.

if you live in Virginia it's a no tax holiday on clothes. but only up to $100 per item

NY's the opposite. You gotta pay tax from almost every store, gilt, amazon, corner, it goes on and on.

On the other hand, I'd rather pay 8.5% more than to live in VA ^^;
