Definitley will be dropping the tie - I just grabbed it in haste. I won't be wearing a tie at all. Occassion is an informal wedding.

I will pick up the shoes tonight and post a picture ...

I ended up purchasing a pair of deep brown shoes to wear with this linen suit. I never had a brown shoe before so I am hoping the investment will do double duty, the odd time, with my work suits. Here they are...

PS - the white shirt will go, I purchased a light grey shirt that I plan on wearing (most likely sans-tie).

The reason for the snarky comment when you listed your clothing brands was that those brands are not held in high esteem by many here. That said, nice looking suit.
I would have gone for tan shoes, although admittedly they are not as versatile.
