Are NV shoes manufactured in the same factories as the typical players on SF (Cavour, J. Fitzpatrick, Lof & Tung, etc.)?

No. Not sure where GY line is made but his handmade line and bespoke line are done on premises.

As far as I know, all shoes are clicked and closed in his atelier. The GYW shoes are made elsewhere in Barcelona and finished back in his Atelier, while the handmade and bespoke shoes, as mentioned above, made completely in house.

Decon chukkas out in the wild! Really in love with these.

Hello hello gents. Mine arrived only 3 days after my last post, I can’t believe how DHL express just delivers the best logistics year after year.

Anyway.

Decon chukka in full suede eye candy:

In daylight they look so kind and gentle, yet very elegant.

Then comes the night and they want to play…

Ordered as MTO last summer, with leather patina sole, initials and metal tips plus lasted shoe trees. When studying @ViaSartoria 's edition above I’d tend to think this unique design is like a balmoral of the chukka’s. The upper lines of the pattern really prove it.

Just received a newsletter from the Noble Shoe and huge news. They have just become an official retailer of Norman Vilalta shoes. Quite a few models in the lineup, my favorite is probably the Tete moc toe in suede.

So, here they are. They fit great and will start breaking them in once the weather turns a bit cooler. While they may look black in these photos, they are actually dark brown.

That first picture frames so well the curves and balance of the last and why the 1202 is truly fantastic. That is one of the most beautiful pair of oxfords I’ve ever seen.

As always, fantastic to see so many NV make ups at one table, however the stars of the show were definitely the new lazyman and jodhpur iterations pictured above. Sublime design and craftsmanship.
