You're in for a long year. I grew up a diehard Bucs fan but turned against them the longer they kept Gruden. Raheem Morris is, quite frankly, an idiot. Josh Freeman with the first pick? Cutting Matt Bryant?

Josh McCown clearly beat out Leftwich, but still they kept Leftwich because he could "go down the field" better. With a completion rate hovering around 50%.

And Gruden left the cupboard bare. His love affair with 30+ yr old running backs and washed-up QBs really hurt the team's long-term prospects.

Gruden was an awful coach (an "offensive genius" who's offenses never came close to being in the top ten, usually top twenty), and Monty Kiffin's defense let Gruden keep his job a hell of a lot longer than he should have.

Remember that the bears arent used to playing against the 3-4. The Packers are the only ones to use it in their division. Also, they are throwing a lot of aggressive blitz packages at Cutler. Bears will pick it up as the season progresses.
