I just turned on adblocking because I'm tired of looking at that ad. Sorry.

For any ad (on any site) that comes through like that one, you can always click the little "x" on the top-right of the ad, and tell the ad server never to show it again.

Not much. Our policies were already compliant. We had to do some stuff on the backend about how long user data is stored, and same with our google analytics, and that's pretty much it.

Pretty sure you can. Click the search icon and the dialogue box which opens up gives you a checkbox for searching within the thread.
