I had mixed experiences with Ravi and haven't ordered from him in about 6 years now. I started with a few pairs of pants which were perfect. I then moved on to a few shirts and a suit which also turned out great. I then stepped up to a full wardrobe package and it was absolutely AWFUL!!! The suits and cashmere overcoat were mis-cut and barely wearable. It seemed that he farmed out the work because it had different shop labels sewn into them. He denied that he farmed out the work and couldn't explain the other labels. He also refused to recut the items. I wrote it off as a $1200 or so life lesson.
