In a brief moment of inspiration, I had an idea for a television show.

It would be about a man who is utterly convinced that he was molested as a child--however, he was not--and his misadventures in attempting to convince people of that false fact.

Humor abounds in the form of outrageous accusations at Sunday school meetings and encounters at molestation support meetings wherein he makes up absurdly Baroque stories of how he was touched in the Linuses by people he may or may not know.

It would be done in the most tasteful fashion.

I remember a tv show not to long ago about a girl that went to a psycho therapist and the shrink put all these thoughts in her head that her parents molested her when they really didnt. Needless to say it fucked the whole family up. It would probably make a good comedy in the right context.

I think the only thing this show needs is musical numbers.

No doubt Conne posted that after drinking half a fifth of cheap Scotch, so I think we should be happy he was using more or less recognizable grammar.

It would take a hell of a lot more than half a fifth. He downed about half of my fifth when he was here (in about 2 hours) and there was seriously no discernable difference in his self control*. That's when I knew the kid wouldn't live past 30.

*Or eternal lack thereof.
