My observations are this, as all have commented the sleeves need to be shortened. I notice a roll at the back of the collar and this is an indication that the collar needs to be lowered. In regards to the fit of the pants, without seeing where you are wearing them on your waist,you are probably wearing them like most men do. Find the top of your pelvis bone on the side of your waist line and that should be where the waist band should rest. Also, try not to allow the waist band to fall below the belly which will account for poor drape of the pleats and clean lines of the crease. Hope this works for you.
