MTM trousers suggestion?

I'm one of the "vertically challenged" forum members.

I have great difficulty finding trousers that fit well. I need a very short rise, on the order of 9 inches, maybe 10, in front; +5" on rear. Measured waist on trousers that fit is about 31". (Does that make me a 29?) Inseam about 28.5".

MTM might be my only good option. I'm in central Penna., but travel regularly (perhaps DC area most frequently). Any suggestions? I'd sure appreciate them.

I havent found anything in DC but if you make it up to NYC, you might try Mr Neds. Plenty of advocates here on the forum, so I just ordered my first pair.

Field's, Geoffrey Lewis, and Highcliffe Clothiers will all make you trousers. All do very nice work. I use a tailoring shop in McLean called Roland's for my alterations. They also do MTM suits, SCs, and slacks. Have not purchased, so not sure of price or quality.
