MTM Fit Check

I would appreciate a fit check and advice on this MTM shirt from Proper Cloth. In hindsight I should have tucked the shirt in for the pictures. It's worth pointing out that the shirt looks MUCH, MUCH better in person, and that the glare of my bathroom lights and my general Michelin Man shape aren't doing the shirt justice.

My measurements were taken in store in NYC. They are:

Body Measurements
Neck: 17
Sleeve: 33
Shoulders: 18
Chest: 44.75
Waist: 33.5
Shirt length: 31
Bicep: 15.75
Wrist: 7.00

Shirt Measurements
Collar: 17
Sleeve: 33
Yoke Width: 18
Chest Width: 24.5
Midsection Width: 19.75
Shirt length: 31
Sleeve width: 9
Cuff Around: 9.25

I'm 5'9.75" per my last physical and 200 lbs. I'm one of those people who lifts weights but carries too much body fat.

Any advice on alterations? I was told in advance by PC that I'm not a typical body shape, and that a round of alterations was pretty much guaranteed to be needed, even with in-store measuring.

The photos do not enlarge too much for me to check detail, but from what I see, the shirt looks good. Is it possible the upper back is a little billowy? The sleeves seem as though they may be bunched up at the elbow joint. Are the sleeves a little long, or otherwise not perfect?

If you plan to wear the shirt with a jacket/suit, retake and post pics with a suit jacket on so the sleeve length can be judged.

Sleeves do look a little...something.

Thank you! I'll take the feedback to PC and see what they say.

This will rarely be worn with suit jackets.
