The Finamore store is OK. Saint Crispin's is sold next door, and from what I remember, the prices are similar to what you'd pay outside of Russia.
Generally speaking though, import duties are really high. You're better off flying to Europe or Asia and just making a vacation out of it.
Glávnyj Universáĺnyj Magazín (GUM) has a lot of luxury-end brands, if you want to browse. Lobb, Hermes, Cucinelli, etc.
Bringing back an old thread! I'll probably be in Moscow this fall for the first time. From what I've read, window shopping is more realistic than actually buying something?
