As an homage to the father of all Patrons of the Arts and one of the greatest supporter of young artists - Gaius maecenas. Montblanc honors with this Edition the 20th anniversary of its Patron of Art Editions- Limited to 4810 piece.
This Edition targets especially collectors and "hunters" who trace special interest in art and culture.
Design Features:
The design is influenced by antique and roman ornaments and elements
The first verse of the poem from Virgil - an homage to Gaius Maecenas - decorates the cap
The marbled lacquered barrel reflects the typical structure of a roman column
The clip reminds of an old sword
His portrait could be found on the antique like coin in the cone

Lacquered barrel with 925 Sterling silver rings with engravings
18K gold nib, rhodium-plated with special engraving.
