You probably just need to fill out a form they will contact you. If they don't then it's meermin and they will contact them. Nothing you need to do.

If you do get a form make sure you put that it is welted footwear to make sure you get your 8.5% charge

I think it's hit or miss. I placed an order on 29Mar, got the invoice 31Mar, and tracking on 1Apr. I guess the shoes were in stock and ready to go. I think most delays are from things that aren't in stock?

I waited over a month for a pair of black oxfords I wanted. Then decided if I was going to wait that long wanted to at least get LM line. So I emailed Sandro to ask what they had in my size so it would ship sooner rather than later and I started a new order and canceled the old based off of that. It still hasn't shipped and I have had no reply from Meermin.

• 24/mar/2014 Order introduced into the system.
• 24/mar/2014 Order initiated.
• 24/mar/2014 Order finished.
• 25/mar/2014 Order paid.
• 25/mar/2014 Order send it.

I received the shoes on the 28th! Sandro actually sent me the tracking number AFTER I received my shoes lol. Their shipping time is dependent on if the shoe is in stock/on the shelf

If its any help, 11 days ago Pepe told me he would be releasing it in about 10 days.

So he is now only 1 day past where he said. Lets give him a few more days. I will probably email him again then.
