****, we are on the same page. I thought the conversation was still centered around this detox diet, but rereading I see how it shifted. Intermittent fasting has been already hit heavily so I don't have too much more to say; assuming the time period aren't outrageous I don't have a much problems with the concept.

I fail to see how eating 6 meals per day could possibly be "easier" for anyone. A cow perhaps, but not a human.

Three pounds? How are you measuring yourself so precisely, really? A good bm would seem half of this. Do you really need a whole detox diet to a take a good poot? Forest for the trees, yo.

Not really easier, but protein bars and packed snacks help a ton.

Obviously the meals are smaller, and they don't have to be complex or ceremonial; I'd consider a tuna sandwich a meal, and I could eat that while doing something else.

I'm well aware of how you would break up the meals on a 6 meal per day plan. I've done it. I know all about it. It sucks, it's annoying, it's a ******* pain **********, it's obnoxious, expensive and wasteful, and I was constantly hungry. I'm am so thrilled to know that I don't have to live by that moronic "you have to eat 6 smaller meals per day to speed up your metabolism!!" dogma anymore.
