My coach sent me a packet of workouts he wants us to do over the summer, to get ready for our season. I'm not familiar with a majority of them, and I was wondering if there's a website that gives good detail (pics/vids) on a wide range of lifting exercises? Thanks!

If that's all you need then you should be able to Google all of the workouts and find some photos/videos easily. If there's any you're confused on post them here or PM me.

If you can ignore the built-in advertisements, T-Muscle has some good articles.

All Garbage, bodybuilding.com especially

I don't know what sport you play, but if it involves any serious lifting.

Then definitely Animalpak.com

Set up an account and fire away and questions you have.

Great, helpful people
