What do you already have now and how much do you want to spend?
Ooh, I like that.
You need a good grinder if you want to make good coffee. There is no other way.Aeropress nespresso and not $200, sorry A Y
FWIW I like very acidic coffees that also have body
I have an encore grinder and was thinking about getting the prismo anyway because I only make inverted aeropress and it makes the process easier.
Yeah I got a scale too. Just want a new brewer toyThat's Derek's setup, so I think it will work well for you. You need to press with much greater force and speed than a normal Aeropress filter, so make sure you use a mug that can handle it: tough and with a wide base.
Also get a scale: the AWS SC-2kg is pretty cheap from Amazon.
What temp for the water? If you hold the Aeropress correctly in your mouth and push your face against the wall, you can also do the sideways method.
