I have a similar jacket in antiqued buffalo hide that I bought at House Of Leather four to five years ago... just go shopping, I'm sure you'll find something.

Well not sure about that. However, I believe if you can send the pictures to any online leather jacket shop that is dealing in customized apparels then probably you will get like that. In case you are based in Australia then you've got an options like LJshop, Faechan Australia and many others.
However, if you are from USA, then you got an options like LJM, Faehcan and much more.

It all depends where are you based and ow much you are willing to pay.
