I'm looking for all types of shirts in L-Tall sizes. Every Big and Tall section of the stores I've looked just has clothes for Big people.

Yeah, it's a pain **********. I stopped at Rochester Big & Tall in San Francisco last weekend when I was wandering around downtown. Found some awesome Robert Graham shirts but they were all for REALLY big people. I'm more of a Large-Tall, too, and an Extra Large-Tall at most but they couldn't help me since I'm not Big AND Tall. Sales lady was kinda bitchy about it, too.

Westport and Rochester are both decent Big/Tall stores that offer a L-T.

I wear about a 16.5-17/38-39, and many L-T shirts I buy still don't really fit.

Gap/BR/Jcrew all offer L-T's in varying quality. I think Charles Tyrwhitt and Paul Frederick also offer very long sleeve lengths in large sized dress shirts.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
