First pocket square, first try on folding one. I personally like it. What do you think?

I like the fold, but wonder how long it will stay in place during the day. That's partly why I prefer TV or puff folds - they tend to stay put.

I like that fold. Haven't had an issue with it staying place.

It can tend to look a bit 'uptight' to me so I tend to stick with a tv fold now.

I spend too much time on here. I actually noticed that on one of your pics ...

Is Kent still putting personal notes with all squares sold?

He still includes notes as I just received a PS from last week. I really like his squares as they are on the smaller size and I don't have the mound in my pocket that larger squares cause.

Never had any problems with that fold becoming undone during the day. Looks nice (better with patterned squares IMO)

The note i got was:

You will find that this silk glistens like nose hair after a sneeze.

I actually use that fold quite a bit when I want something more polished than the puff. Sometimes, to make it look a little less perfect, I pull the "blades" apart a small amount so it resembles a bit of a slanted tri-peak.

I ordered the official SF pocket square. White cotton with a pattern to it and a blood red border. The note was actually a "Welcome to the SF Club..." and it claims to include the secret SF handshake and how to perform it. You are instructed to rub the paper with lemon juice and let it sit for an hour. The invisible ink will magically appear. You don't see that with Brooks Brothers!
